Reset Device
This option opens a dialog box to confirm the resetting of device settings.
From the
drop-down menu, select
Device
opens.

The reset changes all device settings to the factory defaults. It is the same as the
E
}
SIS command (see
ZXXX
To reset the connected device, click the
without making any changes, click the
Backup and Restore
This option saves current configurations and restores saved configurations.
From the
drop-down menu, click
Device
and Restore dialog box opens.

To save the current configuration settings to an external file:
1.
In the Backup panel, click the

Navigate to the desired save location on the host device and click the
window closes.
3.
Click the
button to save the configuration to an external file on the host device.

To restore a saved configuration settings file:
1.
In the Restore panel, click the

Navigate to the save location of the saved file and click the
window closes.
NOTE: Valid configuration files have a .extz file extension.

button to apply the saved configuration settings.
