Perform these steps to clear the storage subsystem configuration:
1. In the DS Storage Manager (Subsystem Management) window, select the Advanced 
Recovery  Clear Configuration  Storage Subsystem menu command.
2. You will be asked to confirm that you want to proceed, as shown in Figure 14-130.

3. Type "yes" in the textbox and click OK to clear the storage subsystem configuration.
Clear Array Configuration
You can use the Clear Array option to permanently delete the current array configuration on
the DS3500 storage subsystem.
Attention: All data currently stored on the array is lost when you use this option. Do not
attempt this operation unless you have a verified current backup of all data on the logical
drives.
Perform these steps to clear the storage subsystem array configuration:
1. In the DS Storage Manager (Subsystem Management) window, select the Advanced 
Recovery  Clear Configuration  Array menu command.
2. You will be asked to confirm that you want to clear the array configuration as shown in
Figure 14-131 on page 428.
