bridges the audio path between the two parties. No audio announcement is
played to the called party.
6. A video background file is played to the calling party while the call is in
progress.
7. The call is complete and both sides disconnect.

Using the service

To use Video Call Completion to Voice (VCCV), the following actions are necessary:
Step
Action
1
If it is not already listed, add the gateway.ccxml application in the Vision™ Console. For details,
see Adding the gateway.ccxml application.
2
If the early media option is required, you must enable the Call Server for early media. For
details, see Enabling the Call Server for early media.
3
With or without the early media option, you must create a gateway routing table entry that
specifies VCCV. For details, see Creating a gateway routing table entry.

Adding the gateway.ccxml application

The VCCV application logic is integrated in the default gateway.ccxml script.
If it is not already listed, add the gateway.ccxml application in the Vision™ Console
as a gateway application.
For step-by-step instructions, see Adding a CCXML application definition to the Vision
Console on page 87.

Enabling the Call Server for early media

By default, 3G-324M negotiation starts after the answer message (ANM) is received
from the Call Server.
To enable the Call Server for early media, set the startH324OnPstnAck parameter to
TRUE in the Options page of the Configuration menu; see Options on page 52. This
setting specifies that 3G-324M negotiation begins after the address complete
message (ACM) is received.
After making this change, restart the Call Server.
