Blacklisting a caller

This example shows how to blacklist a caller based on the calling number and how to
let all other callers through.

The following rules are used in this example:
Rule Description
1 Matches any call from 8479258900 and rejects it.
2 Matches and captures all digits (at least one) from PSTN calling/called numbers, and inserts the
digits into SIP From/To headers.
