Outbound calls

An outbound call (PSTN to SIP) is placed in response to an incoming call. The SIP call
is established through a SIP INVITE. The following table lists the possible responses
to the INVITE:

100 Trying
180 Ringing
200 OK
404 Not Found
408 Request Timeout
486 Busy Here
500 Server Internal Error
