clock source (interface)
To set the clock source on the interface, use the clock source command in interface configuration mode.
To restore the default clock source, use the no form of this command.
Syntax Description
clock-ip-address
Defaults
There is no default setting.

Usage Guidelines
By default, the clock source on the interface is set to internal.
Examples
The following example instructs the controller to use an internal clock source:
Router(config-ptp-clk)# clock-port SLAVE slave
Router(config-ptp-port)# transport ipv4 unicast interface loopback 0
Router(config-ptp-port)#clock source 2.2.2.2
Router(config-if)# exit
Router(config)# exit
