Place your originals and press the [PAPER SELECT] key.
MEMO
Auto Paper Selection is the Standard mode setting.

Select the [AUTO] key.
The screen on the left appears.

Proceed to make copies in the usual way.
NOTICE
You cannot use Auto Paper Selection when
copying the following types of originals. Copy
these using Manual Paper Selection.
• Non-standard size originals
• Highly transparent originals such as transpar-
• Originals with an extremely dark background
• Originals smaller than STMT in size
Auto Paper Selection cannot be used together
with the following modes: ZOOM, XY ZOOM,
AUTO ZOOM, IMAGE COMB., IMAGE SEPA-
RATION, XY AUTO, Rotate Collate, Rotate
Group, and BOOKLET.
