Deleting a Mail Box

NOTICE
You cannot delete a Mail Box if there is data remaining in it.

Call up the desired screen as follows:

Select the mail box you wish to delete, and
then press the [DELETE] key.

Enter the password, then press the [OK]
key.
MEMO
If a System setting password has been set,
instead of entering a Mail Box password you can
enter the system setting password then press
the [OK] key and advance to the next step.
Enter the password used when the mail box was
registered. (See "Mail Box Setting/Storing," on p.
4-37.)
If a password is not registered, this operation is
not required.

Press the [YES] or [NO] key.
If you wish to delete
Select the [YES] key.
If you do not wish to delete
Select the [NO] key.

Press the [DONE] key.
Repeat this until the Basic Features screen
appears again.
