Selecting the Copy Paper Size (PAPER SELECT)

Open the stack bypass.

Adjust the slide guides to the size of the copy
paper.

Place the copy paper in the stack bypass.
Align the required number of sheets of copy paper with the
slide guides. The surface that you want to copy on must be
placed face up. Insert the copy paper into the machine until
it stops.
When feeding large-size
copy paper, pull out the
auxiliary tray.
NOTICE
When resupplying paper to the stack bypass
remove any previous remaining paper, stack it with
the new paper and set it in place after making sure
the paper edges are nearly aligned.
When copying using the stack
bypass, a paper jam will occur
easily if the copy stock is curled.
Therefore, curl down all curled copy
stock as shown in the figure before
placing it in the stack bypass.
When copying onto the reverse side of a copy sheet which has
been copied on one side, after curling down the copy sheet
place it in the stack bypass with the side you wish to copy onto
facing up, and the edge which was output first when copying
the first side, at the rear of the stack bypass (see below).
