Changing the Copy Ratio (Enlarging/Reducing Originals)

Place your originals and press the [ZOOM] key.

Press the [XY ZOOM] key.

Press the [X] and [Y] keys and enter the values
for X and Y with the Number keys (
the [+] and [–] keys. Then press the [OK] key.
When setting an automatic XY copy ratio , press the
[AUTO XY ZOOM] key.
The display returns to the Basic Features screen, and the
selected copy ratio is displayed.
MEMO
Even if you entered the copy ratio with the
Number keys (

(increase/decrease) the entered values with the
[–] [+] keys in the touch panel display.
If you make a mistake when entering values,
Clear
press the key, and enter the correct value.

Proceed to make copies in the usual way.
NOTICE
When XY zoom is selected, the selected
copy ratios for "X" and "Y" are displayed on
the Basic Features screen.
MEMO
To return the copy ratio to 100%, press the [DIR.]
key.
To cancel the settings, press the [ZOOM],
[XY ZOOM], and [C] keys in that order.
You can also cancel the mode by pressing
Reset
the key. (The machine returns to the
Standard mode.)
