Checking Printing Status

You can check the printing status (Stand-by, Printing, etc.) and cancel printing using the
Print Monitor Screen.
NOTICE
You cannot check the copying or Fax status or cancel copying or faxing operation, from the print status screen.

Checking Detailed Information for Printing Documents

Press the [PRINT MONITOR] key.
MEMO
If FAX functions are also installed, after pressing the
[SYSTEM MONITOR] key, select the [PRINT MONITOR] key.

Select the document you wish to check the
detailed information for, and press the
[DETAILS] key.

After checking the detailed information,
press the [DONE] key.
Repeating this operation returns the display to the Basic
Features Screen.
