Specifying account data settings

A password and the number of prints allowed can be specified and the
counters can be controlled for each account using this machine.
The following procedure describes how to display the desired account.

To display the desired account

0 [Account Data] appears only if the "Account Track" parameter is set to
"ON".
0 A maximum of 1,000 accounts can be registered on this machine.

Display the Administrator Management 1 screen, and then touch [Ac-
count/User Auth.].
– For details on displaying the Administrator Management 1 screen,
refer to "Displaying the Administrator Management screen" on
page 11-24.
The Account/Authentication screen appears.

Touch [Account Data].
The Account Data screen appears.

Touch the button for the range of ac-
counts that includes the desired ac-
count.
– To immediately display the de-
sired account, touch [Account #],
and then use the keypad to type
in the account number.
The screen for the selected range of
account numbers appears.
