To print preset text at the center of the copy image ("Stamp" function)

Position the document to be copied.
– For details on positioning the document, refer to "Feeding the doc-
ument" on page 3-8.

Touch [Application], and then touch
[Image Settings].
The Image Settings screen appears.

Touch [Stamp].
– To cancel the Image Settings
functions, touch [OFF].
The Stamp screen appears.

Select the desired stamp text and the
desired setting under "Pages".
– If "Pages" is set to "First page on-
ly", the stamp is only printed on
the first page of the copy. If "All
Pages" is selected, the stamp is
printed on all pages.
– To cancel the "Stamp" function,
touch [OFF].

Touch [Enter], and then touch [Enter] in the next screen that appears.

Specify any other desired copy settings.

Using the keypad, type in the desired number of copies.

Press the [Start] key.
Copying begins.
