To retrieve a job, or multiple
jobs stored on the device
HDD the operator must go
into the Recall menu.
From here, they choose the
folder into which the job was
saved and input the PIN if
required. They are then
faced with the list of jobs
stored in this folder. (See
image below.)
The operator can then select
the jobs they want to reprint
and click on the right arrow
button to drop the job into
the reprint job queue.
We liked the ability to view a thumbnail of
the document prior to printing. This allowed
us to ensure that the correct document had
been selected.
Multiple documents can be combined,
allowing operators to join personalized data
with standard documents, such as manuals,
brochures, etc.
Having selected the documents that are to
be reprinted, the operator can choose to
send the job to the wait queue, as a proof-
and-print job or as a straightforward print job.
In the wait mode, the job will sit in the queue
until released by the operator.
