System Registration and Deregistration
De-Registration Programming
If you would like to de‐register all Handsets or remove one Handset only, you can perform
de‐registration of the Handset by the Base Unit.
The Handset Unit must be moved to a position near the Base Unit to receive a de‐registra‐
tion command. After de‐registration, the Handset will not link with the base.
There are 2 ways to de‐register the Handset.
•Deregistration of Both Handsets at Once Using the Base Unit
•Deregistration of Both Handsets Individually Using the Base Unit
Deregistration of Both Handsets at Once Using the Base Unit
1. Unplug Line 1 from the rear of the Base Unit.
2. Set Base Unit DIP switches as follows:
DIP SWITCH‐1 to OFF (up)
DIP SWITCH‐2 to OFF (up)
DIP SWITCH‐3 to ON (down)
3. Plug Line 1 into the marked receptacle on the rear of the Base Unit. The LED on the
base will flash rapidly.
After 30 seconds, the Handsets will be deregistered.
