3. Press the F2 button beneath exit to abort the operation and return to the conference.

4. Dial the directory number (outside line number or Extension number) to connect or you
can press the outside line button or Feature/Line button of the outside line/extension to
be connected. That conference party is removed from the conference and connected to
you.
5. Re‐establish the conference with all members by pressing the Feature/Line button that
you programmed or hang up on the current connection and rejoin the remaining mem‐
ber(s) by pressing
6. Hang up to end the conference/connection.
The conference manager is the extension that establishes a conference. Only the manager
can add new parties. Only the conference manager is allowed to release any attending
party.
While speaking privately with a conference member other members of the conference will
be connected to Music On Hold.
When the conference manager exits a conference, the last internal number that joined the
conference will be the new conference manager.
When a conference is established, each time that party enters a conference, each member
will hear a conference tone.
