Feature Programming
Audible Help
The Audible Help feature is available to assist you with operating instructions for most
Emerald ICE features. An Emerald ICE HD or Flash Voicemail System card must be installed on
your Emerald ICE KSU for the Voicemail feature to be operational.

1. Press
to press a programmed Feature/Line Button for help with the feature that you need
help with.
2. Press the Feature/Line button for the feature that you need help with.
An Emerald ICE HD or Flash Voicemail card must be installed on the KSU and operating for
the Audible Help to operate.
If a programmed CO line button is pressed or an extension button is pressed, the Audible
Help will recite the line or extension number that was pressed.
It is recommended that you program a Feature/Line Button to easily access the Audible Help
system. Refer to the Emerald ICE Installation Manual. The Feature/Line Buttons on the Cord‐
less Handset are programmed exactly the same as on a Deluxe or Standard Telephone Set.
