Volume Adjustment

The volume control for normal opera‐
tion, speakerphone operation and head‐
set operation is located on the right side
of the Handset, as shown.
Also shown is an example of the vol‐
ume control displays that will appear.
The speaker volume ranges from 0‐7.
There are three different modes:
•Talk Mode ‐ for normal operation
through the ear speaker.
•Handsfree Mode ‐ also called
Speakerphone Mode, for opera‐
tion through the spearkphone on
the back of the Handset.
•Headset Mode ‐ when used with a
headset.

Ringer Volume

The volume of the ringer can be adjusted using the Volume Adjustment Buttons on the left
side of the phone, as shown above. There are 4 volume levels available for the ringer. (0‐3).
When "0" is selected, the ring will be "silent".
When the Handset is in idle mode, adjust the volume control up or down as necessary. A
display on the Handset will be similar to the following:
