Accessing Voicemail Messages
An Emerald ICE HD or Flash Voicemail System card must be installed on your Emerald ICE
KSU for the Voicemail feature to be operational.
When a Voicemail message is received the Voicemail Feature/Line Button LED will be
flashing red.
A display similar to the following will appear:
NOTE: A Feature/Line Button should be programmed prior to using the Cordless Handset with
the Emerald ICE HD or Flash Voicemail systems. Use both "Programming the Feature/
Line Buttons" on page 2-6 and the desired Feature Code listed in Section 7.
Retrieve Messages
1. Press the Voicemail Feature/Line button.
2. Enter your password on the keypad. Contact your System Administrator for the default
password.
3. Follow the prompts on the Voicemail system to retrieve messages and perform other
functions.
