IOT Status Details
The following messages are displayed for the IOT status.
Idle
Printing
Warm-up
Power off
Lower power mode
Sleep mode
Machine error
Paper jam
Check the printer
Door / tray open
No media
System error
Displayed Item
The printer is in standby mode, ready to receive a print job.
The printer is printing.
The printer is warming up.
The printer is powered off.
The printer is in the low power mode.
The printer is in the sleep mode.
An error has occurred in the machine. Simultaneously
press the <> and <> buttons on the printer control panel. If
the machine does not recover, contact your Xerox Service
Representative.
Media is jammed inside the printer. Follow the instructions
on the control panel to remove the jammed media.
Follow the instructions on the control panel.
A cover, tray, or door is open. Close it.
The printer is out of media. Load the required media.
A system error has occurred in the printer. Switch off the
printer power, and then switch it on again. If the problem
does not recover, contact your Xerox Service
Representative.
