The FGIDs are grouped according to the following table:

The AXIS 5470e supports extended font mapping at PostScript level,
making it possible to redefine any of the FGIDs.
Certain FGIDs will be immediately substituted by the AXIS 5470e. The
substitution table depends on the selected IBM printer emulation.
A selection of an unsupported FGID value will result in a substitution
to a default font. The AXIS 5470e uses the same default fonts as the
emulated IBM printers.
