3.10.2 SETTINGS
Status Monitoring is provided via NMEA-based protocol. The Vanguard 3000 I/O subsystem operates according to a
manager/agent model. The PC-hosted manager sends requests to the Vanguard 3000 I/O agent, which performs the
required actions. The Vanguard agent reports alarms to the PC-hosted manager.
