Engine
- Check the deviation of the valve stem by resting
it on a "V" shaped abutment and measuring the
extent of the deformation with a comparator.
Characteristic
Limit values admitted:
0.1 mm
- Check the concentricity of the valve head by ar-
ranging a comparator at right angle relative to the
valve head and rotate it on a "V" shaped abutment.

- After measuring the valve guide diameter and the valve stem diameter, check the clearance between
guide and stem.
