The master controls for the mix, record, cue and FX busses are found in the top right corner of the Matrix centre section. Each
bus has its own gain pot with a Total Recall LED. The gain pots trim the signal by ±24dB and are indented in the centre at unity
gain.
The Mix Bus
The
MIX
bus has its own dedicated insert circuit which is separate from the channel routing in the Insert
Matrix. The
INSERT
button below the gain trim routes the bus through the MIX INS SEND and RTN
connections. By default, the return from the insert will then feed the main bus output. However, the summing
(S) button below the
INSERT
Note that pressing the

the mix bus silent, unless the S button is selected.
Note also that if the MIX INS SEND and RTN connections are not required for signal processing, pressing the
S button enables the return connections to be used as a direct stereo input to the bus.

REC
bus has its own dedicated insert circuit which is isolated from the channel routing in the Insert
Matrix. The
