Deleting messages/memos

You can delete messages or memos, individually or all at once. Only messages and
memos that have been listened to for at least 3 seconds can be deleted. These
recordings are then labelled as old.

Delete an individual message:
Confirm.
OK
Select the message.
Press the display key to open the submenu.
Select the menu item and confirm. The current

message is deleted.
Delete an individual memo:
Select the menu item and confirm.

Select the menu item and confirm.

Select the memo.
Press the display key to open the submenu.
Select the menu item and confirm. The current

memo is deleted.
Delete all old messages:
Confirm.
OK
Press the display key to open the submenu.
Select the menu item and confirm.
