Possible cause
The same MSN was assigned to
the telephones. One of the
telephones also has internal call
forwarding activated.
The MSN was saved in devices
also used on the ISDN
connection.
You are not registered with both
SMS centres.
Possible solution
Deactivate internal call
forwarding or set external call
forwarding (page 121).
The phone number which is
supposed to be used for call
protection during a call should
be deleted from the list of
phone numbers for each
individual additional device.
Register with the SMS centres
(page 59).
