If you want to abort, press the Menu soft key and select Cancel Compose.
To save a draft of a message that you are composing to finish and send later, press the Menu
soft key and select Postpone Message. To re-open and send a message draft, press the Menu
soft key on the main screen of Inbox and select Accounts/Folders. Scroll to the account whose
folders you want to view, and press the Folders soft key. Select Drafts and then the draft to
open, and press the Edit soft key to continue.

Inserting Predefined Text into Messages

To save time entering text, you can insert predefined text into messages. You can edit the predefined text
included with the Smartphone to create words or phrases that you frequently use in messages.
To insert predefined text into a message:
1.
When composing your message, press the Menu soft key and select Insert Text.
2.
The predefined text appears on the screen. Scroll to the text to insert into your message and
press the Insert soft key.
To edit your predefined text messages:
1.
While in Inbox, press the Menu soft key and select Options
2.
Scroll to the text to edit, enter the new text, and press the Done soft key.

Inserting Voice Recordings into Messages

You can easily insert a voice recording into an e-mail message. Inserting a voice recording is useful
when you want to verbally explain information that is contained in the message.
To insert a voice recording into a message:
1.
When composing your message, press the Menu soft key and select Insert Recording.
2.
The Voice Memo appears on the screen. Press the Record soft key to start recording.
3.
To end recording, press the Stop soft key.
4.
Press the Done soft key to insert the recording into your message.
N O T E
You can send only one voice recording in a message. If you create a second voice recording in
a message, it replaces the first recording.
