Check if the correct media setting is used.

Check if the media name on the printer operator panel matches the media that you

Print the Customer Acceptance Test.

This test print contains 10 colored bars.
Check if the test print shows white or dark lines across all colors. The lines usually

appear at equal distances from each other.
If yes, calibrate the media via the printer operator panel (Maintenance - Calibrate

Reprint the Customer Acceptance Test demo print.

If the colored bars of the Customer Acceptance Test demo print still show wavy lines
