Procedure 15-3 Displaying AAL1 statistics

Enter:
STATS — OBJECT — PORT — <U>

To display statistics for a different interval, enter:
PREV_INTVL or NEXT_INTVL or CURRENT or INTERVAL_ID — <interval>
where interval is the interval to be displayed, 1 to 96 (only available for 15_MINUTE
statistics)

To clear statistics, select:
TEMP_CLEAR
Refer to Figure 15-3 for an example of AAL1 statistics.
Displaying T1 port physical statistics
Table 15-3 lists the physical statistics that can be displayed for the T1 port.

Description
Number of seconds for which the average BER was greater than 0 but

less than 10
Number of seconds for which the average BER was greater than 10
or a loss of sync was detected
Number of seconds for which the link was in the unavailable state, not
including the 10 severely errored seconds preceding the unavailable
state
Number of seconds with more than 1 CRC error for ESF and more
than 1 LCV error for D4
Number of times an LOF condition occurred
Not used for the T1 port; always reads n/a.
Number of statistics collection intervals that were successfully
completed over the past 24-h period
— ATM — AAL1 — 15_MINUTE or 24_HOUR
and loss of sync was not detected
