Table 15-2 AAL1 statistics
Description
Number of cells transmitted over ATM
Number of cells played out to the CES service (excluding cells that were
discarded for any reason), including cells that were not used because
they were declared misinserted, or were discarded while the reassembler
was waiting for synchronization
Number of AAL1 header errors detected, including those corrected.
Header errors include correctable and uncorrectable CRC, plus bad
parity
Provides a rough approximation of the number of cells lost due to SN
continuity errors
Number of receive buffer overflows. This counter can be incremented
only once every 100 ms.
Number of receive buffer underflows. This counter can be incremented
only once every 100 ms.
Number of seconds during which there was a receive buffer underflow
state
Number of times that an event caused a transition to the start state, as
defined by ITU-T I.363.1
Number of SDT pointer parity errors. This counter can be incremented
only once every 100 ms (SDT mode only).
Number of times that the AAL1 reassembler found that an SDT pointer
was not where it was supposed to be and had to reacquire a pointer (SDT
mode only).
