Troubleshooting
Problem: Unit does not power up.
Solution: Check power cable is inserted properly at back of unit.
Problem: No output.
Solution: Ensure mutes are not active.
Problem: All 3 Input LEDs on a channel light up at once.
Solution: The unit is clipping internally. Reduce EQ or gain.
Problem: A new program will not save over an existing program.
Solution: Check that the existing program is not locked. If it is, clear the key icon by
Problem: The LCD graphics are not clear enough.
Solution: Use the brightness and contrast options in the Utilities to change the LCD
Check the fuse in the plug (if existing) on the power cable and/or try another
power cable.
Check mains supply is powered and operating at a voltage within the required
range.
Check the fuse at the rear of the unit has not blown.
Check that gains are not turned down on the input or output channels.
Check that crossover settings are correct for the frequency band on the output.
