D Transmitting a Position Reply call

Transmt a Poston Reply call when a Poston Request s
receved. (p. 87)
To transmit a "Position Reply"— Quick ACK:
➥ After a Poston Request call s receved, push [CLR] to
stop the alarm, then rotate [SELECTOR] to ndcate the
receved message log. And then, push [ENT].
Go to step u at p. 67 when the transcever receves
the GPS data, or go to step r at p. 65 when the trans-
cever has no poston/tme data or manual nput pos-
ton/tme data.)
To transmit "Position Reply"— Manual ACK:
q Push [MENU] to enter the DSC menu, then rotate [SELEC-
TOR] to select "Position Reply," push [ENT].
• "Position Reply" s added to the DSC menu after recev-
ng a poston request call.
