CONNECTIONS AND MAINTENANCE
u DC POWER CONNECTOR
Connects the PS-250 wth the suppled DC power cable.

CAUTION:
• IC-GM651 should be connected to the DC power
supply through the PS-250, sold by the set wth the
IC-GM651, when t s operated.
• After connectng the DC power cable, cover the con-
nectors wth a rubber vulcanzng tape as shown
below, to prevent water seepng nto the transcever.

n Antenna
A key element n the performance of any communcaton
system s an antenna. Ask your dealer about antennas and
the best place to mount them.
n Fuse replacement
One fuse s nstalled n the suppled DC power cable. If a
fuse blows or the transcever stops functonng, track down
the source of the problem, f possble, and replace the dam-
aged fuse wth a new, rated one.
