DSC OPERATION

D Transmitting an Individual call

The Indvdual call functon allows you to transmt a DSC sg-
nal to a specfic coast staton or shp only. After transmsson,
wat to receve the acknowledgement call from the recevng
staton. The voce communcaton can be performed after re-
cevng the acknowledgement 'Able to comply.'

• General procedure for transmitting an Individual call:
Transmit a DSC signal
A specfic shp or a coast staton
receves the sgnal.
Receive the ACK call
Voice communication
Only when 'Able to comply' s
receved.
