Performing Box operations from Administrator mode
The following operations can be performed from Administrator mode, for
example, the name of the box can be changed without entering a password.
- Deleting documents saved in boxes
- Renaming saved documents
- Changing user box numbers
- Changing the user box name
- Changing the user box password
- Deleting a user box
- Specifying the length of time until a document is deleted
Deleting a saved document

Log on to Administrator mode.

Click the User Box tab.

Click [User Box].

Select the box that contains the saved document.
