6 Control Panel Settings

Available functions

Various basic settings and advanced parameters for using this machine can
be set from the Utility/Counter screen.
Operations can be performed from the Utility/Counter screen in the
machine's touch panel or from Web Connection from a computer on the
network.

The following Utility/Counter screen parameters are described in this
manual.

If the "Restrict One-Touch Editing" parameter on the Administrator Set
screen (displayed from the Administrator Management screen) is set to
"ON", [E-Mail Input] is added to the Administrator Management 1 screen
and can be used to register, change and delete one-touch dial buttons.
[E-Mail Input] does not appear on the User Setting screen. For details on
the Administrator Set screen, refer to the User manual [Copy Operations].
If the optional fax kit has been installed, [E-Mail Input] changes to [FAX].

Description

button.
All saved confidential documents can be deleted.
