4.2 Printing documents with the Retrieve from HDD
operation
Using the Retrieve from HDD operation, saved documents can be printed or
unnecessary documents can be deleted.

Detail
Since documents saved under the following conditions cannot be
printed, [Print] does not appear after [Action] is touched.
Documents where the Quality setting was changed for part of a
document being scanned and saved (Scan to HDD)
Documents that were scanned and saved (Scan to HDD) with an older
version of the firmware

To print saved document

Press the [Box] key in the control panel.

Touch [Retrieve from HDD].

Open the box, and then select the
document to be printed.
