Specifying the file name

The name of the saved document file can be specified.

Touch [Menu].

Touch [File Name] on the Network
tab.

Type in the file name, and then touch
[Enter].
– To cancel the setting, touch
[OFF].
– Up to 16 characters can be
entered.
– It is not necessary to enter the file
extension.
– If no file name is specified, the file
is sent with a name automatically specified, as shown below.
<machine_name><date_&_time_scanned>.<extension>
