System is powered on, but screen remains blank:
Reason
Monitor not powered on.
Monitor power cord not connected.
Video cable not properly installed.
Graphics card not seated properly.
Selected resolution is not supported by the
monitor.
Improper video display driver installed.

Network

Cannot connect to other systems on LAN:
Reason
Ethernet cable disconnected.
Incorrect software configuration.
Cannot plot to network printer or plotter on LAN:
Reason
Network cable disconnected.
Printer or plotter not added to Print Manager
on your system.
Plot node does not recognize your system.
Solution
Turn on power to the monitor.
Connect monitor power cord to AC outlet
and monitor.
Ensure video cable is connected to monitor
and system video out connector.
Open the base unit and re-seat graphics card.
