Exporting job setups

Exporting job setups is the same with the Scan Station Pro 550 Administration
as it is with Kodak Capture Pro Software. The exported package is encrypted
and it is named: KCPConfigure.kcp.
Do the following to export a job setup to the Scan Station Pro 550.
1. In Capture Pro Software, select File>Export Configuration. The Browse
to Folder dialog box will be displayed.
2. Select the folder where you want KCPConfigure.kcp exported to and click
OK.
3. When the file has been successfully exported, the message Export has
been completed will be displayed.
4. On the PC running the Kodak Scan Station Pro 550 Administration, copy
KCPConfigure.kcp from the desktop to a blank USB drive.
5. Log into the Scan Station Pro 550 in Service mode.
• Insert a USB drive with the AdminKey into the Scan Station Pro 550 to
access the Application menu.
• Select KODAK Scan Station Pro 550 Service Mode and reboot to log
on in Service mode. Once rebooted, the Scan Station Pro 550 will
display the following screen:
6. Insert the USB drive into the Scan Station Pro 550.
7. Click Import Capture Pro Configuration from the Service Mode screen.
A progress bar will be displayed while the job setups are being copied and
imported to the Scan Station.
8. When finished, remove the USB drive.
