3.2.2.8 &K - Flow Control
This command defines the DTE/DCE (terminal/modem) flow control mechanism.

3.2.2.9 &M - Asynchronous/Synchronous Mode Selection
This command is included for compatibility only and has no effect other than returning a result code. The only valid values
are 0-3.

Decimal number corresponding to the selected value: 0-3.

3.2.2.10 &Q - Sync/Async Mode
This command determines the DTR operating mode. (Also, see \N.)
NOTE: When the &Q0 is issued to select the mode, the subsequent connect message will report the DCE speed regardless
of the W command and S95 settings.
