Symptom
Lid does not lock.
Cannot open the lid after air

Re-install the sealing
ring assembly
as instructed in

USE, # 3.
Push the rod with
hands.
Press the float down.
Install the sealing ring.
Clean sealing ring.
Replace the sealing
ring.
Rotate lid fully.
Clean the sealing ring.
Replace the sealing
ring.
