On the Call Processor front panel, check the four LEDs immediately under
the PWR and S1 labels. The LEDs labeled 1, 2, and 3 (Figure 140) indicate
disk status.

Attempting to boot from disk 0 (zero)

Flash codes indicate disk problem:
2 flashes: No valid disk (system is halted)

3 flashes: Two valid disks, but they are not

paired (system is halted)
4 flashes: Configuration problem (system is

halted)
5 flashes: Two disks present, but no

mirroring license
Using disk 0 (zero) only
Using disk 1 only
Synchronizing — disk 0 is valid, disk 1 is
becoming a fully mirrored disk. LED 3 flash rate
indicates progress.
If LED 3 stops normal flashing and intermittently
flashes twice, the mirroring process has failed.
