Solving Fax Problems
Solution
Check that the machine can make
clean copies. If it can, have the caller
send the fax again.
Contact the caller.
Set the machine to automatic
reception.
Load paper if it is empty, and then
print the faxes stored in the memory.
Check the telephone line connection.
If it is disconnected, connect it.
Make a copy to check that this
machine is operating correctly, and
then, if the copy was printed correctly,
have the recipient check the condition
of their fax machine.
