The Group Dial dialog box appears.

The Address Book Editor automatically assigns the Group ID to the first empty entry. To manually
specify the Group ID, click Specify an Address Number, and then type a value from 1 to 6.

Type a group name.

Click Group Membership button.

Select group members from the list on the left side of the screen, and then click the Add button to add
them to the group.
Note:
To select multiple group members, press and hold the Ctrl keyboard key while making
selections.

Click OK when you have finished adding group members.
8.
Click OK a second time to create the group.
9.
Confirm the group members, and then click OK.
10.
On the File menu, select Save all.
The address book is saved with the new fax group.
Using the Printer Console to Create the Group
1.
On the printer console, press System button.
2.
Select Admin Menu, and then press the OK button.
3.
Select Phone Book, and then press the OK button.
4.
Select Group Dial, and then press the OK button.
5.
Use the Up Arrow and Down Arrow to scroll through the Group Dial list, and then click the OK
button of any entry that is not in use.
6.
Select Name, and then press the OK button.
7.
Use Alphanumeric keypad to enter Fax Number, and then press the OK button.
8.
Use the Forward Arrow button to select the name to add to the new fax group. To move between the
entries, use the Up Arrow and Down Arrow buttons.
Note:
To deselect, select the name to delete and then press the Forward Arrow button.
9.
Select Apply Settings button and then Yes to create the new address. The address book is saved with
the new fax group.
Editing Address Book Fax Groups
There are two ways to edit address book entries:
Using CentreWare IS to create the group
Using the Address Book Editor
Editing Group Entries with CentreWare IS
To edit an existing fax group with CentreWare IS:
1.
Launch your web browser.
2.
Enter your printer's IP address in the browser's Address field.
3.
Select the Address Book tab.
Note:
The default User ID and password are "11111" and "x-admin" respectively.
4.
In the Address Book, under Fax, click Fax Groups.
5.
Click the Edit button of the group you want to edit.
