Broadcast Storm Control
On the Aggregator, the broadcast storm control feature is enabled by default on all ports, and disabled on a
port when an iSCSI storage device is detected. Broadcast storm control is re-enabled as soon as the
connection with an iSCSI device ends.
Broadcast traffic on Layer 2 and Layer 3 interfaces is limited or suppressed during a broadcast storm. You
can view the status of a broadcast-storm control operation by using the
storm-control status

FTOS Behavior: If broadcast traffic exceeds 1000 Mbps, the Aggregator limits it to 1000 Mbps per
port-pipe.
