Edit the Dialers File
Introduction
The Dialers file contains script that identifies the port that sends
alarms to their final destination.
When to use
Edit the Dialers file after you administer the alarm sender port.
Procedure To administer the alarm sender port:

Login as root.
Use any UNIX text editor to open the following Dialers
file:
/etc/uucp/Dialers
Comment out the line or script for attparadyne
Add the following line to the file. Type it all on one line.
paradyne =+-, ""
\MdAT&FQ2&C2&R0\\Q1\\N1%C0S0=0%B1200&W0&Y0
0K\r dATDT\T\r\c 00
Write and quit the file.
