Occurs during a broadcast reset.

Action
Verify line provisioning. If
correct, contact NSAC
Tier III.
If several of these occur:
1. Check that the system
is in Hybrid/PBX mode.
2. Validate the wiring and
the connections.
3. Press the Restart
Button (see the
procedure "Restart" in
Chapter 4 of
Maintenance and
Troubleshooting ).
4. Call the TSO's
Telephony Services
Maintenance Group (800
242-2121) for the
procedures to unload and
reload the PBX driver.
