NW NOT RESPOND TO
SETUP:

NW NOT RESPOND TO
RELEASE:
Service on link has been
lost.
ENDPOINT UNINIT (L2/L3):
Service on link is
uninitialized.
Action
Reset card and try again.
If problem persists,
replace card and try
again. If problem
continues, replace
processor module.
