If the clamp meter fails to operate, check the battery and test leads.
Replace them if necessary. After that, if the instrument still does not
function, check to ensure that you have followed the operating procedures
given in this instruction manual, before considering servicing the clamp
meter.
When servicing the instrument, use only the specified replacement parts.
